We, quirky Coffee Crusaders, asked: Can passing super-hot water at very high pressure through delicate coffee grounds (as in the K-cup, Espresso method) - this violence and savagery to something so vulnerable - ever produce great coffee? Or does it actually
result in a burnt, bitter brew that kills all the nuances of real coffee?
What about the health risks that come from drinking leached aluminum/plastic from pods, in your daily coffee or from drinking old, rancid

This Ethiopian Sidamo Single Origin is grown at a height of 4,500ft - 7,200ft in the south eastern part of the state on the border with Kenya. It is grown in small plot gardens.
